Terms of Service for Mobile Tint Services
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the mobile tint services provided by [Business Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, receiving, or paying for any mobile window tinting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use our services.
Services
We provide mobile window tinting and related services (“Services”) at customer-designated locations.
Descriptions of Services, available films, warranty options, and pricing are provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service when conditions or vehicle condition present safety or quality concerns.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled by phone, email, or online booking. Arrival windows will be provided; we make reasonable efforts to arrive on time but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, vehicle condition, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide a safe working location with adequate space and lighting. If a location is unsafe or unsuitable, we may reschedule or refuse service.
Estimates, Pricing, and Payment
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of estimate. Final pricing may change if additional work is required or if vehicle condition materially differs from the description given.
Payment is due upon completion of Services unless other arrangements are made in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.
A deposit may be required for booking. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within a specified cancellation window (see Section 4).
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule according to the cancellation policy stated at booking. Cancellations within the specified late-cancellation window or no-shows may forfeit deposits or incur a cancellation fee.
We may cancel or reschedule due to technician illness, severe weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. If we cancel, we will attempt to notify you and reschedule at no additional charge.
Customer Responsibilities
Prior to service, customers must remove personal items from the vehicle and ensure pets/children are not in the immediate work area.
Customers must disclose any pre-existing damage to windows, electronic components, or other vehicle conditions that may affect the Service.
Provide access to power or other resources only if explicitly required and agreed upon.
Work Quality, Inspection, and Acceptance
Upon completion, customers should inspect the work. Notifying the technician of visible concerns at the time of completion allows immediate review.
Minor imperfections inherent to film application (such as small edge inconsistencies, slight shade variation, or minor adhesive curing marks) may not constitute defects if within industry-accepted standards.
Acceptance of completed work does not waive rights under the warranty for covered defects that become apparent later.
Materials, Warranties, and Limitations
We use films and materials from third-party manufacturers. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are passed through to the customer to the extent transferable.
We may offer our own workmanship warranty covering installation defects for a stated period beginning on the service date. Warranty terms, including coverage limits and required maintenance, will be provided with the warranty documentation.
Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, intentional damage, misuse, improper vehicle maintenance, exposure to chemicals not intended for automotive films, acts of nature, or modifications not performed by us.
Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing and may require inspection. If we determine that the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the affected film at our discretion.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or relating to Services, including breach of contract, negligence, or strict liability, is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.
We are not responsible for pre-existing window damage, damage to window tint due to subsequent impacts, or mechanical/electrical failures of vehicle components not caused by our workmanship.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our employees, agents, and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your negligence, willful misconduct, breach of these Terms, or inaccurate information provided to us.
Intellectual Property
All text, images, and materials provided by us remain our property or the property of our licensors. Customers may not reproduce our materials for commercial use without written permission.
Privacy
We collect and process customer contact information, vehicle information, and payment details as necessary.
